SMITH & HOOK CABERNET SAUVIGNON -
Fragrant aromas of plum and black cherry find perfect balance with hints of vanilla, cola, cloves and cocoa dust. Right on the heels of all that aromatic intensity are interwoven layers of blackberry, boysenberry, black currant, dark plums and mocha. This wine is full bodied with supple tannins and a long, generous finish.
ANGELINE 2017 CALIFORNIA PINOT NOIR -
Our Pinot Noir comes delivered to us from throughout the coastal regions of the state in hand-picked, ½ ton bins. Each lot is destemmed, but not crushed, in order to prevent the release of astringent tannins from the skins and seeds. The lots are fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool to moderate temperatures to maximize the bright fruit aromatics and flavors.
